The MBA Board of Directors have been busy over the off season making big changes for the 2010 baseball and softball season. Because of tough economic times, we have adopted new lower registration fees that are specific to each age division. No mandatory fundraisers, no raffle tickets, no concession duty.

Simply pay according to your child’s age as of April 30, 2010 and play ball.

The Inter-League

We also have created a new boys inter-league with our neighbors to the south, Scottsdale Baseball.

Most of the games will be played at West Lawn Park and a few games at Durkin Park to make a well rounded competitive season.

The New Madigan Field

Midway has been in contact with city officials and they have assured us the New Madigan fields will be ready for our 2011 season. We expect many new people will want to play at the new fields but we have decided players from the 2010 season will be allowed to register first.

Sponsors

We are continuing our sponsorship program where families who bring in sponsors to Midway can earn 20% of the total sponsor amount off their registration fees. Ask for a sponsor form at registration.
