Dear Friends and Neighbors;

Midway Baseball Association (MBA) is a not-for-profit youth organization, FEIN #23-7212629,                                            serving the Southwest Side of Chicago for more than 30 years.  Our baseball fields are located at                                       Marquette Road and Kilpatrick Avenue.

Midway Baseball was ready to close in 2003, but a new aggressive Board of Directors has caused                                                our organization to grow from 200 kids in 2003 to 700 in 2006.  And we expect to have another                                      registration increase in 2008!!!!!!  Now we need to make improvements to our dugouts, fences                                                  and playing fields to accommodate the amount of children that we now have.  Your Sponsorship                                            would enable us to complete these necessary tasks.

We have 3 easy ways for you to support our organization and at the same time advertise your business.                                    Attached you will find more information concerning your donation and what you will receive for                                                 your contribution.  Please note that since Midway Baseball Association is a not-for-profit organization,                                        your contribution may be eligible as a tax deduction.  Please check with your accountant to make sure.                                     Also, we would like to Thank you in advance for your time and consideration and invite you to our                                      opening day activities to be held on Saturday, April 19, 2008.

We appreciate your kind attention to our request.  Please feel free to give us a call for more information                                         at (773) 284-1131.

Thank you for your time and consideration.  We look forward to hearing from you soon.

          Sincerely yours,

          Jose J. Garcia

          President
